Bluetooth to pendrive

I am doing project on Data transfer from mobile to pendrive using bluetooth with PIC18F4550.
The problem is that how to initialize bluetooth and all the programming i dont know, how to do it?
Please help me in the sequence how to make program.
I am using bluetooth module: RN-42-DS.

I want to use UART. So what have to i do further? Also i don't know about Andruino.
