BLE to transmit upon SW/HW signal only

Hello

I am building a project with a few BLE devices that are transmitting beacons, and one receiver that listens to the beacons.
I want to have the BLE transmitters connected to an Arduino or Raspberry pi board to control when they transmit.
for my application I need them to transmit 50 times a second, and ONLY upon receiving a hw or sw signal.
is there a BLE module that can do this?
