Hello to everyone.

I have a trapezoidal BLDC motor and i want to make a control circuit to control it.

The motor characteristics are:
3 fase 36V/ 500W , with 3 hall sensors (120 degrees) , trapezoidal.

I need 4 quadrant drive and regenerative braking, when i brake the motor to charge partially the batteries.
I think to use the I.Cs UCC 3626 or UC3625 or UC2625 from texas instruments. Is somebody who tried that ICs to tell me more informations over datasheets ?

Can i use that IC with regenerative braking ?

Thanks a lot

There are lots of IC BLDC motor controllers available. Search National, Fairchild, ONSemi, etc.
