Black outline when posting messages...?

Hi.

When you go to post a message, recently, I have discovered that all the buttons and everything have been outlined in a thick black border. Has this happened for everyone, or has my computer gone funny? (it wouldn't suprise me...)

I think it's since the last upgrade to PHPBB!.
 
Everything on my display is various shades of blue, except text and the go button has a black border.
