Our clock at work was the old analogue type and was quickly becoming unreliable (drifting ~10 minutes/month). I thought it would be a good opportunity to put together some spares and make a digital clock - better yet, a GPS Clock.

What's not to like about the idea? A GPS module is the perfect companion to the humble clock and ensures the time is always accurate and never needs adjusting (unless you live in an area that has daylight savings).

The segment displays are huge on a scale of things. The segments are physically 4 inches tall, and the PCB they are on is ~5.5 inches.
