Hello,
I have been trying to track down a good source for BGA Sockets. I have found a few sites, but they are too high to work in a low profile case. Tyco has a nice one that I like, right height, but alast, I am still waiting for a reponse on if they have anyone selling them.
What I am looking for is a low profile socket for a 289 pin, 17mm X 17mm X 1.45mm package that has a 0.8mm pin spacing.
Knowning my luck, I was on a site, or flipping through a catalog and I went right over them.
