best pcb design software for a robotics project.

we are computer science students and we are not well versed iN electronics..But as a part of our final year project, we have some queries.
we started PCB design in proteus but we couldnt find the libraries of different components such as PIC 32 MX795F512H,PIC18F26J50,APR9600,WIFLY GSX 802.11B/G SERIAL MODULE ... etc .
so could u suggest where to find the above libraries..?

you have to create it yourself. or use other software like eagle pcb which you have more chances to find what you need
