BCD to 7-Segment

I plan on building a binary clock, but also want to interface it so it also displays the time on 6 7-segment displays. I know it is possible to use BCD to 7-segment decoders, but there are up to six LEDs used to show time for the seconds and minutes, and up to five for the hours. Is there any way to go about this?
