I can see i have caused confusion, below is an link to a image for some clarity.

I think you are the one that is confused. Shorting a 20KV transmission line, regardless if you use a piece of copper wire, or some mythical zero resistance ideal short, is going to cause an explosion, period.
 
Thats all i wanted to know - that connecting to 20KV transmission lines through an ideal wire is going to cause an explosion so dont do it. Thanks
