Back light on hatachi 20X4 lcd

Hi, I'm wondering with the backlit version of the hatachi lcd displays how to hook up pins 15 and 16 to get the back light working. I looked thru the datasheet but couldn't find any spec's and I'm thinking I need to put in a current limiting resistor. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Yes, definitely need a current limiting resistor also for 5V. The backlight need about 250...300mA.
