hello , i need programmer circuit diagram for AVR controller that goes for various types of AVR controller , well-tested and of high reliability.

easiest

you did not specify what avr you are using, so I assume its the classic avr series - 90S2313, 90s8515 etc.

This is by far the very easiest and cheapest programmer to build and use.

Do a google search for "Jerry Meng" to get the software to run this programmer. Software runs in DOS.
