automatically send your message from telephone

I(from kathmandu Nepal) want to make a final year project related to telephone.
The objective of my project is to send my recoded speech automatically to all
the saved number(the number can be saved as more as possible on the telephone) to Invite them for a party.The saved number of the telephone should automatically dial at 30sec interval and deliver the same message for all the friend .And if the phone is not received it should record the number at which the message has not deliver.
Please if you have any idea about this ,send me the circuit design idea
as soon as possible. Anyone who give me the idea I will give thank them.

to begin with..u'll need a dtmf generator, a micro for storing/timing/redialling etc..and a sound recorder (solid type/tape type) .. all these things controlled by the micro.
search for the datasheets for the dtmf generator , telephone circuits/working.
it would be helpful.
