i am making project named above..
and have finished shouldering of components..
but now i have problem with my coding..

How do you expect the displays to work?????
Every time you illuminate an extra pixel, the brightness will alter.
No-one is going to even start to write the code for a messy circuit like this, for less than $1,000.

Since you're apparently scanning the display digits, per colin55's comment, you need to remove the 330Ω resistors from the emitters, and place seven of them in the segment lines.
