Automated tank filler using picaxe08m

Hello guys :

I am hobbyist and I want to make a automated tank filler ... to fit in my tank.. because I don't have enough time to keep watch every time on my tank.. so I thought to make this project.... so that I can do freely my other work.. without worrying about tank...

I have attach the working of this project in my attachment...

And I want to make this project using PICAXE08M micro-controller....
I dont have enough picaxe and programming knowledge ...
But I can do it........ If I got good helps from you guys !

I am not a student...
so please help... thanks in advance..

You need not compulsorily use Microcontroller for this project. You can even complete this without any programming/MC. Just rig up the circuit using various ICs like 74 series, etc., if you dont want to program.

i would have used a flowsensor inside the inletpipe since most pumps won't take to much dry running befor things start to happen like worn out impellers and other mecanical failures , and it won't take 10 minute befor the system knows if water is being pumped into the tank ...
