Hi, I'd like some help in knowing how the following circuit works**broken link removed**, please explain step by step considering all the components in the circuit. I'd also like to know how I can interface the circuit with a seven segment display to read out the temperature. How can I set off a lower cut off point i.e some low temperature at which the fan is automatically switched off. Any help on any of these questions would be great
