Australian buying from Ocean State Electronics?

I know this might seems like a stupid question but does anyone know of an Australian making and order from Ocean State Electronics and if they did how did the order turn out?

You've noticed the US$40 minimum shipping charge?

I am not australian but I have ordered from Ocean State Electronics a few times, both times i was not completly satisfied with the order. However I suppose they must have something you need and cant find anywhere else, otherwise you would not be asking about it.
