ATMEL714? Cant find info?

Got a laptop motherboard with unidentified blown component. No idea what the component is. Emailed Atmel, but no response so far.


The component is a SOIC8 package and has the following markings:

ATMEL714
93046
. SU27 A

Atmels website comes up blank. I need a datasheet to figure out a replacement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
