I'm wondering how fast can I read data from AT24C(32) series eeproms.
The datasheet specifies 100KHz for VDD=1.8v,2.5v,2.7v and 400KHz for VDD=5v.
Is the F/V slope linear ? Will I be able to run it at 200KHz if VDD = 3.3v ?
How can I calculate the actual speed ? Any rules of thumb to calculate the worst case read speed ?
