can someone help me how to find 100 ohm resistor in Eagle Library? Thanks

In Eagle "100 ohm" is set by the value command, not in the library.
The library selects what the part looks like. 1/4 watt, 1watt, 0805 surface mount....etc.

if i want to insert the resistor, which one should i choose?

Are there other resistors in your project you can copy?
There is a clone button.

If you are only making a sch. then what type of part does not matter.
Making a board does matter.
