ARM Processors

I was looking in to Cortex M3 processors - are these programmed in C++ or Java? Or does it depend on the manufacturer?

All processors are programmed in machine code, C++ etc. is just a device for creating that machine code, it's just a question of finding a compiler/assembler (or even interpreter) that does the language you want - it's not really much to do with the manufacturer, with many languages coming from third parties.
