S shermaine New Member Jun 11, 2009 #7 basically i want pin 1,2 for contact sensing and pin 3 and 4 for grounding. Or is there any suitable relay in dc?

blueroomelectronics Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2009 #8 You need to supply current to the LED on pins 1 & 2. It won't detect an unpowered pushbutton.
