Anyone know where I can get magnets?

Hi you all,
I'me chasing a small permenant magnet, of a specific magnetic flux strength. I know they're out there, but I've searched and searched ad infinitum. It cant be a super strong rare earth type, or a super weak fridge type, more like the ones in travelers chess pieces.

Not rare earth magnets

Hi Lefty,
I had a look at your sugestion, Applied Magnets, and every magnet was rare earth, bar some. These are too strong for my application. Any other thoughts?
