Anyone have the diagram of how to wire a transformer to a bridge rectifier...

Is it a Y or delta transformer? ie: Do you have 3 or 4 wires coming out the transformer?

Technically I have 5, 2 winds have two point, and one has one. I would like to use the Y configuration of it though as it will work much better.

Im only using 1 phase for this circuit though. I just happened to have a 3 phase rectifier sitting around.

Then just connect any two of the AC terminals of the rectifier to one of the windings on the transformer. The remaining AC terminal can be left unconnected. Your DC output is on the + & - terminals.
