any unique project for our industrial electronics subject???

i have already a project that was proposed to our instructor...but the problem is our instructor didnt accept it coz of the reason that it is simple...all he wanted is to have us a unique one...and i dont have anymore ideas about what to have in our project...i really need help....

We need some parameters. What was it that was too simple? What kinds of parts are expected?
