Hello all,
Can anyone recommend to me any chip that is cheap and available in the market?

My DC motor has the following specs:

OUTPUT: 100W
Voltage : 90 Volts
Duty: Continous

Rated Load(12V):
Current: 13.2A

No-load Current: 1.3A

Thanks for any recommendations,

I used a Linear Technologies driver chip once. It drives external transistors to make up your H-bridge but it has charge pumps and shoot through prevention circuitry built in. A little searching on their website should turn up something - i can't remember the part number right now.
