You can find its datasheet at https://www.bel-india.com/BELWebNew/UploadedFiles/Products/Plastic_package.pdf I guess AC187 is similar to BEL187 but packages are different. BEL187 comes in TO92 package whiel AC187 comes in TO1 package.
