Present your products in a fair and honest light, don't ******** your customers and let the product sell itself, if it can't... You probably shouldn't be selling it. Customers really like it when you pay attention so make sure you have feedback areas for your product and actually pay attention to them. If you let them customers will often offer better suggestions than engineers will to improve a product because they're the one's that use it.
