Any Alternative For This Ic : Il300 ?

i'm working on a project ,and this IC IL300 IL300 Datasheet pdf - LINEAR OPTOCOUPLER - Siemens is a part of it

unfortunately i can't find it here in my country
is there any substitute or alternative?

this IC consists of 3 IR diodes i think and as the data sheet says , so can i use normal diodes instead of it ?

any idea to overcome my problem will be appreciated , thank you

any alternative for this too (AD624AD) ?

How would we know what country your in? I can get the AD624 from Digikey.

and i don't know if any company can send it to me only one piece , and in a cheap and fast way
