It's an RF circuit, you need RF techniques.

But at the frequencies in question layout is EXTREMELY critical, anyone trying to use 741's at almost 1GHz isn't going to have a prayer.

741 at a MHz would be a miracle.

You call them "mobiles".
We call them "cell phones".
They transmit data in bursts at about 250Hz. The 741 opamp is overloaded by the 250Hz bursts and produces a 250Hz output.

But since the 741 does not work at radio frequencies its range is very small.
