another LCD recommendation (large, serial LCD)

I need a large, _serial_ LCD. (One that I could eventually plug into a standard RS-232.) Monochrome is fine as is graphics or text. I would like at least 12 lines of text though or 320x240 pixels. Larger than that is even better. I'm having trouble finding such a device. Thank you.

It's not LCD but it is VFD

Thanks. Those are better than anything I've found, but if anyone knows of anything larger (> 256x128), that would still be helpful.
