Another help for man pls

You plan to use them as the column or row driver? You might want to consider other options such as the 74HC595. The 4017 always has one output on which when cascaded would force two columns or rows to be on at the same time.
 
The datasheets from many manufacturers of CD4017 ICs show a circuit for cascading them.
Bill Bowden shows a way of cascading them using "Mickey Mouse" gates made from resistors and diodes.
