Hi,
H have a problem in designing of clock. If you have a idea, guide me please.

Target:
I want to design a big analog clock with RGB LED.

problem:
I hve 60 string witch in each string I have 10 RGB LED. (Picture : **broken link removed**)
In each string I have 4 lin than refers to Red, Green, Blue and Ground. Exept of Ground that is shared in all circuit, I have 3 pin for each string. Totally, 3 * 60 (string) = 180 pin that i must control by micro or other processors.
180 pin is my problem. for light controllong i have to drive it by PWM, so i can't use Coder/Decoder. Also, this program is not very complex for using FPGA.
I think if all LEDs were the same (single color LED), I used Stepper motor for turning on/off of seconfd hand (for example) but instead of 1 pin, I have 3 pin for colors.

what's your idea? what do you think?
