an amplifier for buzzer

Here is the frequency response of a Murata piezo transducer. It is horrible.

I think we've forgotten that he doesn't what it for music or speech.
I need 85 dB at 400Hz to 1100Hz.
I'm using a trasnistor to drive it.

He just wants to build a siren so a piezo is fine.
 
A siren in North America sweeps its frequency up and down. A piezo transducer doesn't have any output at low frequencies and one high resonant frequency is very loud.
It won't sound like a siren. It will sound like a beeper.
