Altium designer - new components

I have downloaded this software and it is good, but i dont know how can i put for example 74HC595 in my schematic? I mean i dont need all those chips, i just need DIP16 chip, and i can change its pins. And i didnt find DIP18, DIP 16, DIP14...
Can somebody help me with that?

I don't think people here have much motivation to help you with pirated software. Or did you download the free trial? You could try google to find some Altium Designer tutorials.
