The little black knob/screw that holds the fan head in place (you can position it up and down) doesn't hold. The head flops down. Anybody know how I can fix this?
I forgot to say, the Allaire fan I mentioned above is from Restoration Hardware, had it for years, everything else runs fine. See pic, attached. The knob is circled. Thanks.
