Alarm clock circuit with light

Hi everyone im building an alarm clock circuit that has a buzzer and a light, basically i will have a stepper motor or an electronic potentiometer controlling a light socket the light will slowly get brighter the closer you get to the desired wake up time. I am using this circuit.

My question is where can i find a cheap 8051 programmer on the internet or near toronto.
