Having problem with Akai T.V need help. The AC voltage keeps shorting and blowing the fuse. But the origin of the problem is impossible to see. No visable burned out circuit board area or components.
Then there may be a possiblity that the internal winding of power supply transformer is shorted. Check for open circuit resistance of transformer windings.
not only could it be the transformer, but there could be a shorted diode to that effect to. Just because it isn't visible, it doesn't mean that there isn't any thing wrong.
