advise new motor

Hi profs,

decided to finish the upgrade of my old grinder. I have had this HF grinder for many years and now the motor broke and needs a replacement.

Have looked at Baldors, and found one on here that has compatible specs

what do you guys think of Baldor motors? are they better than Leeson for instance?

Baldor motors are good, they are used in heavy industrial applications all the time, but what kind of grinder is this that it needs a motor with that kind of service rating? It's a $600 motor, a nice new bench grinder is only a little over $100, for example this one:
