ACER ASPIRE s1 keyboard not working

hi,my keyboards has stop working tride lot a lot of stuff to get it working,
ive to put it back to factory settings as it left the factory but at the end of the install its asking me to type in a users name but i cant keyboard not working.
ive tried a exsternal keyboad but no joy if theres anyone out there that could help that would be great.

*) Try if there is any keyboard related settings in bios for the internal keyboard.
*) Try an external usb keyboard.
*) Try something else in usb port to find whether the port itself is working or not.
*) If the port is working then the keyboard also should work
*) Finally go to service center.

I just bought a new key board yesterday $9 at Office Depot. I had a bad one too now I don't. $9 is not a big deal.
