ac voltmeter circuit using icl7107

Can anybody help me with ac voltmeter circuit using icl7107 (range: atleast from 100 to 600v)?

or guide me design the circuit

You just need a switched attenuator and a precision rectifier to feed the 7107 (which is a DC meter) - assuming you only want an average reading? (like most meters give). If you want true RMS you need a converter stage for that as well - but it makes it a lot more complicated.
