wich it cnsiste to controle the speed of this fan below

and i m a little bite confused about how to modify source frequency to change the speed (vfd , pwm ,inenter..)
well the motor is a 3 phase AC motor 220v 36 cv(about 26kw) and the source is also 3 phase 220.
Basicly it's related with an alternator
and the cheapest solution possible .**broken link removed**
