AC DIMMER HALOGEN LAMP

Hi, i want to contol a 220v halogen lamp using microcontrolleur.i just started with the shematic on proteus.
The first circuit is for the zero crossing detector RB0/int
The second is for firing the triac RB1
And i want to display veff(lamp) on lcd
What do u think about schematic, and any idea for programming (using micro c).

Are you aware that halogen lamps require a minimum operating temperature?
Meaning that one cannot dim them significantly.

Perhaps no more than 10 or 15% below their rating.
