Dear All,
In India the input voltage to the electronic equipments is 230Vac/ 50Hz . I want to know that what will be the amplitude and Vpk of this AC sine wave? Also what is DC offset?

The RMS amplitude would be 230V and the peak voltage is 325V. The DC offset voltage is zero.

The formula for finding the peak voltage of an RMS sinewave is to multiply the RMS voltage by the root of two (1.414). 230V x 1.414= 325V.
