A4w smd component?

Hi All,

While testing the relay on the board, i reversed the power on the relay coil and this burned the 3 pins smd component labled A4W/80,

I searched about the a4w code ,the result i found was 2 diodes with a common cathode.

I didnt find the component or any smd replacement here, can i use two diodes like 1n4148
