A stereo based optical fibre communication system

am new in here pliz..am required to design a stereo(two channel) fibre communication system and i real dont know where to start..please if any body can help!!

So what's with the large orange letters? You don't need to shout.

Any reason you can't use a standard Toslink connection used by most stereo systems today? You can buy converters to do this such as Analog to Digital, Digital to Analog Audio Conversion, DAC, ADC.
