I looking for a bit of a basic electronic lesson on wiring from a diagram. It's been a long time since I've done this sort of thing.
I have the following circuit diagram concept with capacitors and IC (The first diagram of the two diagrams attached)
My Question is:
Does Capacitor C1 & C2 have to contact pin 1 before it is grounded? or is this the same as the capacitors being grounded directly?
Are the two diagrams logically the same?
