a project to transmit and recieve E3 data stream through a fiber cable

hi,

im hoping to implement a converter to transmit and recieve E3 level data stream via a fiber.

i want to multiplex few E1 level data strems and sent the out put through a laser driver which is connected to the fiber.im hoping to use DS3112 E1 to E3 multiplexing chip.

i have no idea about using this chip and how to integrate it to a laser driver.
i would love to have a cuircuit diagram or reference for this.

please advice me about this project.please give me instructions on components and the project.
