Witch circuit may I supose for a measurement probe that has 95pF and 1Mohmio and it is conectoed to an oscilloscope of 1Mohm?? What i am doing if i am measurent a 50Mhz signal? thanks

It all depends on the source of the signal. If 95 pF does not load the circuit, you don't have a problem. A 10 to 1 probe will have less capacitance, if that is a problem. If your circuit will drive a 50 ohm cable, use that and terminate the cable with 50 ohms at the scope.
