A memory interfacing problem

Hi, guys, :)
It's the (stupid) newbie again. :)
I read some stuff abaout memory (SDRAM) interfacing to a processor (DSP).
I got the idea how to interface a singlel memory chip, but I messed up
when I had to connect two of them (2x256MB). Here's my drawing:

Would you please help me. :)
