on a a/d converter ltc1285 the clock signal is supplied externally to the a/d converter correct ?
it also can be clock signal supplied when the design wants the a/d converter on correct ?
I'm not seeing any signal on this pin 7 CLK of LTC1285
this one is connected to a dspic30f3014 pin 23 an4/cn6/rb4 to pin 7 CLK of ltc1285.
I'm working on a manufactured product not DIY project.
thanks

the dspic should provide the clock when it wants to measure, so anytime CS is low.
